Unfair
After seeing an occupational therapist in regards to my Osteoarthritis from work and it has been stated that I come under the disability act 2010 nothing has been put into place for such as reasonable adjustments.
This is so unfair 😡

It looks like they have quoted the wrong regs, reasonable adjustments comes under the Equality Act.
Under the Equality Act 2010, a person is disabled if they have a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.
An employer must make adjustments for a disabled worker or job applicant if they are reasonable. Check out https://archive.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=6074 for more info and contact your Union if you are in one or your local CAB for help and advice.
Mind you, the Act does rely on you telling your employer what adjustments you need.
